However, one very interesting dream event occurred on the night of March 12-13 (my birthday!). I had a dream that proved to be precognitive, relating to events that occurred on March 14, a double critical day (both the emotional and the intellectual cycles are shifting phase). Here is the dream:

I have a box into which I put some money. The box is booby-trapped and sometime later it explodes. Later, I am talking to some people and tell them about the dream and the box.

Then, on March 14, I was very busy negotiating a contract for the purchase and installation of a $2,000,000 computer. We had been working for some time on the contract and only minor details remained to be settled. On this day, the computer salesman told me about a contractual requirement that had not been known before. This new requirement caused me to change plans and to do some work I did not want to do. I felt that the situation had "blown up." I was very upset and found that I complained to anyone who would listen.

In retrospect, the symbolism of my dream was clear. Computers are physically big boxes. I was putting a lot of money into a computer box. The box exploding on me was like my emotional explosion and my feeling that the situation had blown up. I became angry and spoke to several people about the situation, just as I had in my dream.

Also related to these events were dreams I had on the nights of February 28 and on March 6. On February 28 I dreamed, I am attending a meeting in a big building with the computer company employees. An earthquake begins and I rush from the building. Although the quake is severe, I am the only one who reacts. Then, on March 6,I dreamed, I am told that an executive from the computer company had called me on the telephone. I become worried that something has gone wrong concerning the computer we are buying. These dreams indicate problems with the computer deal. It is interesting to note that February 28 was a critical day on the emotional cycle.

In conclusion, my observations concerning dreams and biorhythms did not show any clear relation between the cycles and dream recall but they did suggest the possibility that unusual dream experiences may be related to critical days in the biorhythm cycles.
