SACRED GEOMETRY DREAM NETWORK

Have you had a dream that seems to speak about some
principle in geometry? Please share it with us.
With the help of USN Commander (Retired) William
Buehler,  in  Hawaii, the Community Dream Journal  is
preparing  a  project  to learn  what dreams have to teach
us  about  sacred  geometry.  Sometimes  referred  to  as
esoteric  geometry,  the  field concerns  the study of the
psychological   significance   of  mathematical   relation-
ships.  The    project   is    being   seeded    by  collecting
dreams   that  speak  on  some  theme  related  to  sacred
geometry    (e.g.,   dreams   about   geometrical  configu-
rations,   about   such   themes   as   "12  around  1,"    the
significance   of   a   seven—pointed   star,   geometrical
patterns of vibrational resonance, etc.).  A specific topic
for  more intensive study will be chosen  on  the basis of
these  collected   dreams   and  the   suggestions  of   the
dreamers in the network. The topic will then be explored
using experimental methods of cooperative dreaming.
If you would like to be a part of this network, or to be
kept informed about  the progress of the project, simply
write a  letter expressing  your interests  and  send  it  to
Geometry  Network, c/o Sundance.  If you would like  a
copy  of  Commander  Buehler's  proposal  concerning a
possible Geometry Dream-In project, including a dream
interpreted  from  the  perspective of esoteric geometry,
please  send  along $1  in  stamps to cover  the  costs of
copying and postage.
For those of you interested in reading more about the
topic  of  sacred  geometry,   we  recommend  Lawrence
Blair's Rhythms of Vision (Schocken, 1975).

DREAMS AND CREATIVITY

Atlantic University  will  be presenting  a  four—week
residential session on the topic of Dreams and Creativity
during  the  month  of  June, 1977,  in  the  mountains  of
southwestern   Virginia.  Dream   work   and   dream  play
will    provide    the    source   material   for   training   in
watercolors,  ceramics,  writing,  drama  and other media.
